market forces, and has the courage to say so. He was appointed by Reagan and supported by Dems and Reps over the years because he made them all look good. Both parties, to satisfy thier versions of "socialism" were complicit in this, which supports my position that this is not a Dem vs Rep issue. Again, I say check out the financial position of individuals and our country before and after Bush years. He threw out "pay as you go", gave the rich huge tax cuts, put us in the most expensive war we've ever been in. I know it's not as simple as "before and after". We have to look at what happened. Bush and his people are not solely responsible, they were just a terrible influence. There seems to be some trend to say that, "because Obama isn't fixing things as fast as we hoped, let's go back to the people who made it worse."
